Ardesh Return & Shipping Policy

At Ardesh, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not be the right fit, so we do our best to make returns simple and fair.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left our store — including all parts, packaging, and accessories.
  • Return shipping is free for most orders, unless the return shipping cost exceeds $10. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping difference.
  • To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the proper return instructions and label.

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned used, damaged, or altered from its original condition, a partial refund or denial of refund may apply.

Freight & Large Item Returns

  • Freight-shipped items (large or heavy pieces) are only eligible for return if the item:
    • Arrives damaged, or
    • Was incorrectly described in the product listing.
  • We still accept freight returns for other reasons, but in those cases, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return freight cost.

Local Pickup

  • We offer free local pickup from our store.
  • Pickup is available during our regular business hours — once your order is ready, we’ll email or call you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
  • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or ID when picking up your item.
  • Orders should be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.

In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased online can also be returned in person at our store within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Please bring the item along with your order confirmation so we can process the return.
  • Refunds for in-store returns will be issued back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges when possible. If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment or pickup preparation begins. Once an item has shipped or been prepared for freight, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after the return is processed for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is.”
  • Custom or personalized pieces.
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it — either through a replacement, return, or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we rely on the carrier’s tracking system. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in locating it or filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Information

  • We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Freight or oversized items may take additional time to prepare for shipment.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
